Choose lips - Wall lips, screen lips, or no lips. Your base will be manufactured to your requirements
Choose your outlet - Chrome, white or flush cap
Order Forms
Order forms are required to be submitted for all solid surface bases. Solid surface bases are all made-to-order.
This is to ensure that the outlet position and wall/screen lip configurations are manufactured correctly.
Configuration of Standard Shower Bases (example)
Although our custom shower bases can be made with any lips or none at all the most common configuration for a base going in the corner of a bathroom would have 2 wall lips and 2 screen lips (10mm high as pictured).
If you require alternative sized lips to those explained below please contact us to discuss.
Important information
Depending on the size of your base and the outlet position it may be necessary to use our thicker (19 or 20mm) solid surface.
This is to ensure that the machined fall to the waste is compliant with NCC regulations which stipulate a fall of 1:6 - 1:8.
White is available as 19mm and we have 8 colours available in 20mm solid surface.

The base pictured on the right was designed and manufactured for a mining camp in Western Australia. These bases solved a severe mould problem this Pilbara camp were having with the existing wet area. Regular maintenance was required to avoid the serious health issues caused by mould. Client very happy.
